Characteristics of Wine
 Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino produce this Chianti Superiore DOCG Borro ai Frati. The exuberant ruby red color, particularly lively, introduces this wine with fresh and intensely vinous aromas, making it easy to taste and enjoy in the classic ‘Tuscan’ style.  It is served at a temperature of 18° C and is ideal with traditional Tuscan dishes.

 Aged 12 months  in 500lt oak barrels

 Strong skeletal structure, partly clay.

Vinification Technique
 Vinified on the skins with medium maceration on the marc.
 Aged in small oak barrels for 12 months
